General Function

Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service. Reviews and fills customer orders, handles food safely, and maintains a clean work area.

Reporting Relations

Reports to: District Store Director, Store Manager, Assistant Managers, Food Service Director, Department Managers. No positions report to you.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides friendly customer service, greeting customers and assisting them.
• Answers calls and takes orders at the counter.
• Works with team to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepares and replenishes food, ensuring freshness and safety.
• Operates registers and handles transactions.
• Maintains cleanliness and adheres to hygiene standards.
• Follows company policies and reports to work on time.

Secondary Duties

• Washes dishes, orders supplies, prices products, delivers orders, and assists in other store areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• No formal education required; 6 months or less related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently.
