Job summary

Adaptive Innovations seeks a General Manager to own and operate a market as a standalone business. You’ll oversee census, margin, team, and growth trajectory with a founder’s mindset, operating in a fast-paced, AI-enabled care platform environment.

You will drive end-to-end performance, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with centralized resources to scale markets from startup to sustainable profitability.

Qualifications

• Must lead complex, people-heavy operations with clarity and accountability.
• Proven ability to drive census growth, margins, and unit economics.
• Experience building and scaling operations teams in fast-paced settings.
• Demonstrated decision-making with data and a bias for action.
• Ability to own P&L, set priorities, and coach performance.
• Comfort translating strategy into scalable processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Own market P&L, census growth, gross margin, and unit economics.
• Run daily execution across scheduling, staffing, compliance, and delivery.
• Hire and lead the market operations team and set performance expectations.
• Coordinate with centralized Technology, Compliance, & Operations while owning local outcomes.
• Serve as the feedback loop between field operations and AI/product teams.
