Job summary

Adaptive Innovations is hiring General Managers to own and operate individual markets for an AI‑enabled Post Acute Care platform. You will drive market performance, clinical quality, and growth with a broad mandate and a founder‑level ownership mindset.

You will manage census, margin, and team dynamics while partnering with centralized Technology, Compliance and Operations to win in your market.

Qualifications

Must‑Have Experience: leadership of people, setting high standards and giving direct feedback.
Operational execution at intensity across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
Team building at scale with hiring, onboarding and training.
Performance management including tough calls and corrective actions.
Data‑driven problem solving with analytical mindset and modeling.

Responsibilities

Own the Market P&L including revenue, census growth, gross margin and unit economics.
Drive census growth by partnering with Sales to move referrals to admitted and served patients.
Use data and AI‑driven tooling to translate top‑line growth into bottom‑line results.
Run daily execution across scheduling, staffing, compliance, and service delivery.
Lead cross‑functional collaboration with centralized Tech, Compliance, and Operations.
Hire, develop and lead the market operations team and build bench strength.
