Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; 2 years in retail operations or 5 years in retail operations
• Strong data analysis and KPI interpretation to drive improvements
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects in a retail environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze market data and KPIs to improve performance
• Lead end-to-end store fulfillment initiatives (picking, staging, dispensing, delivering orders)
• Identify barriers to performance and implement data-driven solutions
• Plan and communicate business priorities; set clear goals and measure progress
• Support digital change initiatives, mobile apps, roadmaps and product launches across the store area
• Ensure adherence to company policies and deliver customer and driver experience improvements
