Through hands-on training, you'll learn how to negotiate coverage, evaluate exposures, and determine pricing and terms, while building expertise and confidence for a long-term underwriting career.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a business-related bachelor's degree and on track to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027.
• Strong analytical and intercommunication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in underwriting training to assess risk for large, multinational clients.
• Learn to negotiate coverage, evaluate exposures, and determine pricing and terms.
