Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/operations or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop store managers to drive excellence across locations.
• Monitor compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Analyze P&L and inventory reports to improve performance and profitability.
• Partner with sales leadership to meet district financial objectives and quotas.
• Produce timely financial reports and projections for the market.
• Oversee inventory management to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock.
