• Evaluate market and store results to meet budget timelines and objectives.
• Analyze metrics to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with objectives.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales market director on key initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock.
• Conduct regular store visits, train and coach teams, provide actionable feedback.
• Champion employee engagement to build a positive work environment.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor strategies.
