Qualifications

• Must reside in the state of Illinois.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years of related experience in provider relations, engagement, communications, or health plan operations.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Experience in Illinois Medicaid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advises on strategic and day-to-day operations of Provider Services.
• Establishes KPIs and metrics to ensure compliance with managed care requirements.
• Manages provider communications and training content development.
• Contributes to market go-live readiness and contract requirement implementations.
• Drives process improvement to standardize and improve efficiencies for Illinois.
