The Market Development Manager, known as a Camponero, is a fully field-based commercial role responsible for managing and strategically growing Vinarchy's business across an assigned U.S. territory — specifically, the Metro New York, Brooklyn territory. Working closely with distributor partners, key customers and cross-functional Vinarchy teams, the Camponero will deliver revenue, distribution, display and by-the-glass objectives through influential leadership and best-in-class market execution. As one of Vinarchy's Camponeros — our friends in market — this role will build trusted relationships, champion our brands and create strong connections across the trade.
The Camponero will lead day-to-day execution across the assigned territory, driving an outsized Vinarchy brand presence in both On- and Off-Premise channels. This position requires 100% in-market presence and regular engagement with distributor teams, key accounts and brand activation activity.
