Job summary

Wireless Vision in Metro Detroit is seeking a Market Development Lead for In-Home operations. This senior role reports to the In-Home Manager and focuses on recruiting, training, and developing door-to-door sales teams in new markets and ensuring onboarding, compliance, and performance across markets.

The ideal candidate will drive market-entry strategies, oversee onboarding processes, coach teams, and deliver regular performance reports while maintaining high standards of HR policy adherence

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple units or teams in a sales environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% across markets.
• Proven track record of leadership and delivering results in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong recruiting capabilities to identify and hire talent in new markets.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
