Responsibilities

• Recruit and train D2D sales teams in new markets.
• Maintain staffing and performance in existing markets.
• Deliver onboarding and training programs for new hires.
• Coach and develop D2D reps through field visits and reviews.
• Oversee onboarding administration, systems access, and compliance.
• Fill in as a D2D rep when needed to meet targets.
• Set clear performance targets and monitor progress against goals.
• Develop market-entry strategies to maximize territory coverage.
• Analyze sales data and report findings to management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
