Job summary

Invesco seeks an detail-oriented administrator to support Market Data Services, handling invoice processing, vendor management, contract tracking, and cost reporting. You will maintain inventories, ensure data governance, and assist with budgeting and spend analytics.

The role interfaces with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Technology teams in a hybrid office setting. You will contribute to data accuracy, process compliance, and vendor relationships while supporting audits and escalations as

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in financial services, market data, or related operations.
• Familiarity with invoice processing and financial reporting.
• Experience with vendor management or procurement is a plus.
• Knowledge of market data vendors (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FactSet) is advantageous.
• Experience with inventory or workflow tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain market data inventory records and ensure alignment with contracts.
• Process vendor invoices and support cost allocation and budgeting.
• Support contract review, renewal, and vendor workflows across Legal, Compliance, and Procurement.
• Coordinate service requests via ServiceNow and onboarding with Tech teams.
• Assist with audits and inventory reconciliations.
