Job summary

Invesco is seeking a detail-oriented Market Data Operations Specialist to support the Market Data Services team. You will manage data inventory, process invoices, and help with contract and cost governance across internal business units.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory in FITS, supporting vendor management, and ensuring compliance with market data policies. A 1–3 year background in financial services or market data is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, market data, procurement, operations, vendor management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of investment management or financial markets is preferred.
• Familiarity with invoice processing, financial reporting, or operational support activities.

Responsibilities

• Market Data Administration & Inventory Management: maintain accurate inventory records within FITS and ensure alignment with terms.
• Provide admin support across Market Data Services processes and document workflows.
• Maintain process documentation for invoice processing and pricing updates.
• Perform routine data quality reviews and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Support audits and inventory reconciliation activities.
