Job summary

Wealthfront is seeking an experienced financial writer and editor to support our market commentary vertical and the Vested Interest newsletter, helping digital natives connect macroeconomic news with personal finance goals.

You will ideate and write engaging stories for distribution across Substack, TikTok, YouTube and other channels, in written or video formats, collaborating with Social Media, Editorial, Investment Research and Compliance teams.

Qualifications

4–7 years of experience writing and editing timely market and macroeconomic stories.
Experience with long-form content is required.
Proficient in translating financial news into engaging content.

Responsibilities

Monitor market and macroeconomic news daily and generate timely content ideas.
Manage Vested Interest’s presence on social media for video, audio, and written content.
Collaborate with Lifecycle, Social Media and Creative teams to distribute content.
Evaluate content formats and channels and prioritise emphasis.
Partner with internal teams to measure impact and improve outcomes.
