Expect rapid collaboration with leadership, ongoing professional development, and an uncapped bonus structure based on closings. Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 with substantial quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or wound care.
• Deep SNF fluency - you know how these facilities operate and how decisions get made.
• A team‑first mindset with the drive to perform independently.
• Unwavering integrity - your word is your brand.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Comfort with a road warrior schedule (4–5 days travel per week).
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Full‑Cycle Sales: Own the entire process from outreach to contract execution.
• Territory Development: Identify high‑value targets and build your market expansion strategy.
• Clinical Value Selling: Articulate ROI of our physician‑led wound care model to C‑Suite and admins.
• Relationship Management: Build deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors.
• Team Collaboration: Share field intelligence, surface needs, and contribute to strategy.
