Job summary

Genesis, a leading long-term care provider in New Jersey, seeks a Nursing Home Administrator with an RN license and MSN degree to lead our South New Jersey market operations and deliver exceptional patient care.

You will partner with the Nursing Home Administrator and leadership team, oversee strategic planning and budgeting, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a patient-centered, service-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure by the State Board.
• Must hold an MSN degree.
• At least five years of full-time clinical experience, with two years in long-term care supervision.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Drives, supports, and models a service-oriented culture focused on top of license practice, interprofessional collaboration, employee engagement, quality, patient safety, service excellence, fiscal responsibility, and the overall patient/resident experience.
• Collaborates with the Nursing Home Administrator and nursing center Leadership Team to drive business excellence, including strategic planning, budget preparation, and effective oversight of resource utilization.
• Ensures the realization of high quality and cost-effective health care services that are consistent with evidence-based practices and policies, regulatory and other legal requirements, and philosophies.

This position is based out of the South NJ Market

Who You Are

• Knowledgeable of nursing center policies and procedures, MDS process, state nurse practice acts, and state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Must hold a MSN degree
• A minimum of five years full-time or equivalent clinical experience with at least two years' experience in nursing supervision in the long-term care setting is required.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as required by State).

Posted Salary Range
