Job Description: This job is responsible for leading the overall service delivery model to include the bank's digital offerings and wealth management banking strategy in the market while working with the Home Office to ensure superior client service. Key responsibilities include partnering with the market leadership team, Market Executives, Resident Directors, Financial Advisors, Wealth Management Client Associates, and Wealth Management Associates to facilitate daily business needs. Job expectations include driving responsible growth while minimizing regulatory, financial, operational, and reputational risks.
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
