Job Description

This job is responsible for leading the overall service delivery model to include the bank's digital offerings and wealth management banking strategy in the market while working with the Home Office to ensure superior client service.

Key responsibilities

Partnering with the market leadership team, Market Executives, Resident Directors, Financial Advisors, Wealth Management Client Associates, and Wealth Management Associates to facilitate daily business needs.

  • Oversees the client service experience and reviews the approval of new client accounts

Required Qualifications
  • Currently hold FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65), Series 9 and 10 (or Series 8) or equivalent licenses and Series 3, 31 licenses, if warranted

Pay Transparency details US - CA - Westlake Village - 2815 TOWNSGATE RD (CA6811)

Pay range $115,000.00 - $160,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
