Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management team in the United States seeks a senior leader to oversee the service delivery model and wealth management banking strategy across markets. You will manage a cross-functional team supporting Financial Advisor groups and client service to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will lead process improvement, risk management, and compliance programs while guiding branch operations and client account approvals.

Qualifications

  • FINRA licenses: SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65), Series 9 and 10 (or Series 8) or equivalent; Series 3, 31 if warranted, with at least five years of professional experience.
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

This job is responsible for leading the overall service delivery model to include the bank's digital offerings and wealth management banking strategy in the market while working with the Home Office to ensure superior client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads the service delivery model and wealth management banking strategy of respective markets to drive business growth
  • Hires, develops, and leads a team of cross-functional professionals to support Financial Advisor teams and deliver outstanding client service
  • Supervises financial transactions and operations to drive risk management best practices and ensure compliance with policies and procedures, while preparing to effectively manage any type of branch audit
  • Oversees the client service experience and reviews the approval of new client accounts
  • Leads Wealth Management Client Associates and the branch Operations Department to meet and exceed the bank's client service expectations and operational excellence goals

Required Qualifications

Currently hold FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65), Series 9 and 10 (or Series 8) or equivalent licenses and Series 3, 31 licenses, if warranted Minimum of five years of professional experience
