Job summary

SVR Management II LLC is seeking a Market Barista in Napa County to deliver coffee and tea beverages and light food items with a focus on guest satisfaction. You will handle orders, payments, and tips while maintaining a polished appearance and adhering to resort service standards.

The role requires excellent customer service, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and compliance with California beverage and safety regulations. Training and meetings are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• California law compliance: Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handlers Certification required.
• Must be 18+ to operate a golf cart.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.
• Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and feedback in a polite and efficient manner.
• Accurately handle cash and credit card payments following cash-handling procedures.
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain high personal appearance and wear the proper uniform and nametag.
• Observe health and safety standards and complete opening/closing duties per protocol.
