Job summary

Hyatt Regency Phoenix is seeking Market Attendants to deliver warm, efficient service in the resort's marketplace. You will assist guests with food, beverage, and retail purchases, prepare menu items and espresso beverages, and maintain a welcoming, organized environment.

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Join a team dedicated to hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction.

Market Attendants

Market Attendants provide exceptional service within the resort's marketplace, assisting guests with food, beverage, and retail purchases. This role is responsible for accurately fulfilling guest orders, preparing food items and espresso beverages according to established menu standards, and creating a welcoming, organized, and clean environment. Market Attendants also maintain inventory by stocking front-of-house and back-of-house areas, uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards, and deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
