Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of market analysis, strategy, consulting, or a related role.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on global logistics trends in prioritized sectors including supply chain innovation and digital transformation.
• Monitor developments, competitor activity, and macroeconomic factors impacting logistics and trade.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into executable transformation initiatives.
• Develop reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Support the creation of business cases for new initiatives and investments.
• Continuously track and evaluate the impact of implemented strategies.

This role is responsible for researching emerging trends within the global logistics industry and translating those insights into actionable strategies that drive business transformation and innovation.

The ideal candidate combines strong research and analytical capabilities with the ability to distill complex information into clear, practical recommendations that support strategic execution. This role plays a critical part in shaping the organization’s transformation agenda by ensuring that strategic decisions are grounded in market realities and forward-looking insights. By connecting external trends with internal execution, the Market Analyst helps the organization stay competitive, anticipate disruption, and capitalize on emerging opportunities within the logistics industry.

Key Accountabilities

Qualifications, Experience And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in market analysis, strategy, consulting, or a related role
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets and derive meaningful insights
