Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Dover seeks an experienced Admissions Manager to lead admissions across its Dover facilities, reporting to the Director of Strategy and Integration and ensuring efficient patient intake and registration.

You will supervise Intake Specialists and related staff, coordinate hospital admission activities, and work closely with physicians and clinical liaisons to route referrals and resolve patient-service concerns.

Qualifications

• Leadership in admissions function over multiple hospitals.
• Coordinates admissions and registration across facilities.
• Supervises Intake Specialist(s) and related staff.
• Works with Clinical and Physician Liaisons to direct referrals and resolve service concerns.
• High school diploma and three years transferrable experience.
