Description

Position: Virtual Market Administration Coordinator

Monogram Health is seeking a market administration coordinator responsible for managing administrative needs within a specific region. This includes organizing hiring processes for nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and social workers in the assigned pod territory, as well as offboarding procedures. The role involves managing expense reports, staff time off requests, and ensuring staff have necessary equipment and PPE. The candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented.

This individual will track and analyze staff productivity and utilization, providing insights to regional leaders. They will collaborate closely with the area performance manager and regional performance director to support initiatives, interface daily with clinicians to support operations, and drive productivity.

Experience in healthcare, particularly in care management, managed care, or home health environments, is preferred. Experience in performance and productivity analysis is also desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate hiring and exit processes for the assigned area.
  • Assist with logistics for distributing educational materials, biometric devices, productivity tools, and other physical materials to care management teams and members.
  • Measure, track, and report staff productivity and utilization; identify underperformers and outliers.
  • Coordinate scheduling updates between clinical teams and centralized scheduling.
  • Review mileage tracking and expense reimbursements timely.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce preferred.
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience.
  • This is a remote position, with up to 25% travel within the market.
  • Healthcare industry experience is desired.
  • Proven accountability, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and visual formats.
