Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business field and 5-8 years of relevant work experience, or an MBA with 3+ years of relevant work experience, with evidence of strong analytic work.
• Use of advanced modeling techniques and tools such as R, SQL, SAS, Tableau, or VBA
• Aptitude for leading and managing teams, with effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to address market access, payer strategy, pricing, commercialization, and growth.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to understand payer, provider, patient, and customer perspectives and identify key market trends.
• Support access and commercialization strategy projects by analyzing market dynamics, stakeholder behavior, competitive landscapes, and access barriers.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and communicate findings to client stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
• Manage project workstreams, monitor timelines, and proactively identify risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Build trusted client relationships and mentor junior team members while developing leadership and consulting skills.
