As an Associate Consultant, you’ll conduct in-depth payer interviews, synthesize findings into access strategies, and mentor junior staff to deliver high-impact engagements.

Qualifications

• MBA with quantitative degree; graduate training in analytics or operations research
• 3+ years in market access or reimbursement consulting in pharma
• Experience designing research programs and moderating senior-level interviews
• Fluency in English and proven client-management ability

Responsibilities

• Translate payer insights into access landscapes and reimbursement frameworks
• Lead pricing & contracting strategy projects with benchmarking data
• Oversee analyses using claims data and formulary databases
• Present executive-level findings to senior client stakeholders
• Mentor Associates and Associate Consultants for growth
• Contribute to thought leadership and capability building in payer/reimbursement space
• Understand client internal processes and grow domain expertise
• Be available for clients during regular working hours
