You will partner with Government Pricing, Contracting Operations, Finance, and other teams to ensure compliant programme execution and insightful data analytics.

The role emphasizes data validation, audits, and collaboration across matrix teams to drive ROI and program effectiveness in a fast-paced biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5-10+ years of experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, Finance or Analytics in pharma/biotech.
• Experience with 340B programme operations/excellence is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 340B programme strategy including operations, compliance and capability enhancements for IAI and Oncology.
• Monitor pricing calculations and regulatory alignment; track trends.
• Oversee 340B programme execution with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Develop analytics to support pricing, contracting, and gross-to-net initiatives.
• Maintain pricing governance and support forecast and variance analysis.
• Support market access operations including payer, PBM, GPO and government contracts.
