Qualifications

• Welding experience is required.
• Live within 50 miles of Convent fleet location or applicable site.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license.
• Physical stamina to perform welding tasks.
• Ability to weld with stick-fed welders.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Clean cargo hoppers and barge exteriors to prep for loading.
• Perform welding and fitting on barges and vessels.
• Assist with repairs and temporary fixes for watertight integrity.
• Support maintenance and safety inspections of equipment.
• Operate within safety and quality standards.
