Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of training management experience within defense/marine industries.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; DoD security clearance or ability to obtain one preferred.
• Experience designing technical training and apprenticeship programs.
• Strong knowledge of NAVSEA standards, safety regulations, and learning governance.
• Proven ability to partner with educational institutions and government partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and oversee workforce development programs for naval ship repair trades.
• Create training pipelines and apprenticeship programs to grow a skilled workforce.
• Manage certifications and qualifications for trade employees.
