Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. seeks a Technical Program Manager for the greater San Diego area with relocation available. You will architect and manage complex maritime projects, coordinating with internal SMEs and defense customers to deliver tailored solutions.

The role requires US citizenship, security clearance eligibility, and 3+ years in data/software/hardware program work, plus 25% travel and hands-on project leadership. Relocation assistance is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• 3+ years of industry experience supporting software/hardware programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Data engineering or Computer Science.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects as the single point of contact, track progress, and ensure milestones and deliverables.
• Continuously engage customers to understand pain points and future engagements.
• Provide regular updates with internal teams on gaps and workflows not yet supported by our software.
• Evaluate project timings with customers and adjust resource needs accordingly.
• Lead pursuits from RFQ release and craft detailed technical proposals with SMEs.
