Job summary

The First Electronics Corporation is seeking an experienced Outside Salesperson to drive revenue growth in the maritime and subsea markets. You will identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and close sales for high-performance interconnect solutions and engineered components.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical/engineered product sales, deep knowledge of maritime procurement, and strong presentation skills. Expect extensive travel and a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marine Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent technical sales experience and demonstrated market knowledge may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategy for assigned geographic region and/or market segment.
• Own sales targets, revenue goals, and activity metrics for the territory.
• Build, maintain, and cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at customer organizations.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across shipbuilders, subsea contractors, system integrators, and OEMs.
• Expand existing account relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities for additional FEC solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract closure and order fulfillment.
