Job summary

The United States Fleet Forces Command seeks a Maritime Operations Center Training Analyst to join the N7 Training, Exercises, and Wargaming Division. The role focuses on developing and executing training plans that align fleet requirements with mission performance across MOC teams.

You will standardize Navy operational-level warfare training, coordinate with fleet officers, and oversee after-action reviews to improve fleet readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the training plan to standardize fleet requirements with mission performance.
• Support standardization of OLW training and readiness reporting across ten Navy MOCs.
• Coordinate with fleet training officers and MOC leadership to deliver comprehensive training for functional part-task, team, and staff training.
• Provide support and oversight of FAARs after exercise completion.
• Coordinate training in force protection, OPSEC, force health protection, and other Protection elements.
• Develop and manage IAMD and Protection content for the MOC handbook and portal.
• Represent Navy training equities in joint and service forums and craft Navy training strategies.
• Develop, plan, prepare, execute, and assess Navy training and exercises to train operational-level staffs across warfare competencies.
