Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication required.
• Experience in maritime operations or logistics is a plus.
• Must have or be able to obtain TWIC and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support vessel agency operations and assist the Operations team with vessel-related tasks.
• Board vessels at terminals and assist with documentation and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate logs and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with safety, compliance, and general administrative duties as needed.
