Responsibilities include managing maritime cases, drafting litigation documents, and guiding clients through the legal process. Qualifications

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Ideally 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience, preferably in maritime law.
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases and take them to trial.

• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day management of maritime cases.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses, including drafting reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Education
