Job summary

Cole, Scott & Kissane seeks an attorney with 3-5 years of maritime litigation experience to join our Florida office. Responsibilities include taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, attending hearings, mediations, and trials, and conducting legal research with analysis of case law.

The ideal candidate is Florida Bar‑licensed with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications
