The successful candidate will have 4–6+ years of litigation experience, be admitted to practice in New York, and have experience in insurance coverage matters, with strong research and writing skills and excellent time management.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in New York.
• 4–6+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience handling insurance coverage matters.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple sensitive matters concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, briefs and other litigation documents.
• Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients.
• Conduct legal research.
• Work on all aspects of pretrial to trial.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.
• Provide appeals and trial support.
