Job summary

Global- a 1st Flagship Company in Philadelphia is seeking a Hazardous Material Technician responsible for conducting safety inspections and identifying workplace hazards on Navy vessels. This role requires a solid understanding of safety regulations and experience in hazardous materials management.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant education and experience, including certification in shipyard safety. The position offers comprehensive benefits, including medical insurance and a matching 401K.

Qualifications

• Two years relevant hazardous material experience or military experience.
• Complete various qualifications/certifications within specified time.
• Must have a current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly vessel and facility safety inspections.
• Identify and repair shipboard insulation discrepancies.
• Prepare reports of safety inspections.
