Job summary

Phase2 Technology is seeking a Maritime Fires Analyst in San Onofre, California, to support U.S. Navy and Marine Corps operations. In this role, you’ll bring over 10 years of military experience to analyze and assess complex systems within Marine mission contexts.

Your ability to prepare plans and briefs for senior command will be critical, alongside a requirement for TS/SCI clearance. This position offers a competitive salary range from $61,900 to $141,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with supporting the U.S. Navy or Marine Corps.
• 5+ years of experience in working with military plans and MAGTF operations.
• 5+ years of experience with the integration of joint fires and naval operations.
• 3+ years of experience in military operations in the USINDOPACOM AOR.
• Ability to prepare plans and briefs in support of a three-star command.
• Ability to work and plan collaboratively across MEF-level Staff sections and with Naval partners.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• High School diploma or GED.

• Analyze, plan, support, exercise, and assess Marine lethal and non-lethal fires.
• Help ensure success in Marine operations and training.
• Solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems.
