What You Will Do

• Assist design, systems and project engineers in the department on various projects that may include some of the following:
• Review / evaluation of engineering schematics, drawings, parts lists, and requirements specifications
• Working with computer aided design (CAD) models.
• Working with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) models
• Extracting, processing, and analyzing product-generated data.
• Working with software simulations to help diagnose or maintain our product systems.
• Review of vendor product performance and capability information to help select components used for designs.
• Performing various engineering calculations to assess design capability or operational performance.
• Processing and/or tracking status of engineering changes or product quality tasks.
• Participating in integrated product development team meetings.
• Documenting design, analysis and/or test results.
• Plan and manage tasks effectively.
• Prepare and present project / technical information to peers, internal management, and customers.

Qualifications

You Must Have

• Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co‑op session. Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co‑op session. Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
