Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business, logistics, or maritime studies preferred.
• Captain’s license or Master’s degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in the Maritime industry preferred; training delivery and coordination experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the College’s maritime courses and programs.
• Recommend and develop new courses and conduct course assessments.
• Recruit, select, train, supervise and evaluate adjunct faculty.
• Provide superior customer service and solutions for agencies, students, and adjunct faculty.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate and maintain Coast Guard certification or related industry credentials for required programs.
