Job summary
Anduril Industries seeks a Head of Digital for Shipbuilding based in Costa Mesa, CA. You will design and implement Digital Infrastructure to support programmatic, engineering, supply chain, and shipbuilding qualification workflows across Maritime.
You will manage cross-functional teams and align with Corporate Technology to execute a unified strategy. You will oversee governance, partner relations, and resourcing to ensure a digital core strengthens the prime position on the Shipbuilding
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Engineering, CS, Economics or related field or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience leading cross-discipline software teams in regulated industries.
- Experience with modern manufacturing environments and production system software (PLM/ERP/MES).
- Experience automating complex engineering workflows and implementing change management & observability.
Responsibilities
- Specify the Digital Infrastructure required to support Shipbuilding programs and drive the digital thread for Maritime programs.
- Manage development, delivery, maintenance, and operations of Digital Infrastructure for Maritime programs.
