Qualifications

• Experience in clerical/administrative roles.
• Experience with credentialing databases or government systems, or handling PII is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable security screening/USCG Suitability determination.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and secretarial support to maintain efficient SSEB operations.
• Locate and manage electronic applications within agency systems.
• Draft, format, and email official communications to mariners regarding their status.
• Review, identify, and edit discrepancies in the MMLD system to ensure data integrity.
• Handle TWIC information securely and accurately.
• Maintain office supply inventories for daily operations.
• Prepare physical correspondence for mailing to mariners when required.
