Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in industrial instrumentation and controls maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols.
Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and commission instrumentation and control system components.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on PLCs and associated field devices.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and control system faults.
Skills
Hands-on experience in industrial instrumentation and controls maintenance
Working knowledge of PLC systems
Experience with instrumentation calibration tools
Solid understanding of 4-20mA loops
Familiarity with industrial safety practices
Education
Associate's degree or technical diploma in relevant field
Tools
PLC systems (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
CMMS (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor)
