Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Cutting/Fabrication Technician to join our Maritime Manufacturing Technology Team. You will work hands-on with engineering to fabricate high-quality parts and build assemblies for production on the shop floor.

You will read technical drawings, program and set up CNC water jets, oxy-fuel and plasma machines, and ensure quality control throughout the process while supporting machine maintenance and a clean, efficient production area.

Qualifications

5+ years in cutting/fabrication technician role.
Experience with CAD software Siemens NX (Unigraphics).
Experience with CNC water jets, oxy-fuel and plasma machines.
Experience with manual cutting and grinding tools.
Experience with Fanuc, Omax, and Siemens controls.
Familiarity with GD&T and precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models.
Program/set‑up/operate CNC water jets, oxy‑acetylene cutters, plasma cutters, and shears.
Design and implement work holding and fixtures.
Troubleshoot issues and adjust during manufacturing.
Perform quality control during and after production.
Help lead maintenance and keep the work area clean.
