Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Cutting/Fabrication Technician to advance maritime manufacturing. You will work hands-on with our engineering team, fabricating high-quality parts and building assemblies to support production floors.

The role involves interpreting CAD drawings, operating CNC water jets, oxy-acetylene and plasma cutters, and ensuring quality throughout the process. Collaboration across RD and production tasks is expected in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience as a cutting/fabrication technician.
Proficient with CAD software such as Siemens NX.
Experience with CNC water jets, oxy‑acetylene, and plasma machines.
Experience with manual cutting and grinding tools.
Familiar with Fanuc, Omax, and Siemens controls.
Knowledge of GD&T and versatile materials.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work across RD and production tasks.
Eligible for U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models.
Program/set-up/operate CNC water jets, oxy‑acetylene cutters, plasma cutters, and shears.
Design and implement work holding and fixture methods.
Troubleshoot issues and adjust during manufacturing.
Perform quality control during and after manufacturing.
Help lead maintenance and cleanliness of the work area.
