HavocAI is seeking a Demo Operations Specialist to lead customer demonstrations of Autonomous Surface Vessels. You’ll operate and validate ASV systems in maritime environments, ensuring safe, repeatable demos and capturing data for analysis.

Role requires a technical background, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to travel up to 50% for multi-day deployments; U.S. citizenship is required, with DoD clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, systems or related technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2+ years of field operations, testing, or systems support, preferably in defense, robotics, or maritime settings.
• Strong technical aptitude with hardware, software, and networking familiarity.
• Experience troubleshooting complex systems in dynamic field environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to engage customers and partners.
• Willing to travel up to 50%, including multi-day field deployments.
• Must be U.S. citizen; DoD clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstration leadership: plan, prepare, and execute customer demos of HavocAI’s autonomy capabilities.
• Field operations and testing: operate and validate ASV systems in diverse maritime environments.
• System expertise: develop understanding of vessel hardware, autonomy software, and payloads.
• Technical troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve real-time issues during demos and tests.
• Data collection and analysis: document test data for internal review and customer reporting.
• Cross-functional coordination: align field activities with engineering and mission teams.
• Customer interaction: represent HavocAI in the field with partners and military customers.
• System readiness: maintain vessels, support equipment, and demo infrastructure.
