Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of formal auto body training or certification.
• 2+ years experience operating automatic and straight (manual) shift vehicles.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid US Driver’s License.
• Ability to obtain a Port Access Card issued by the New Jersey State Police.

Aufgaben

• Inspect vehicles for body damage during final prep.
• Mask and tape damaged areas; prepare surfaces for painting.
• Mix paint to match colors and apply finishes.
• Observe safety precautions and ensure adequate coverage.
• Maintain equipment and inventory of paint supplies; report when low.
• Attend training and assist in orienting new employees as requested.
• Ensure spotter is present when backing up vehicles.
