Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality management experience in aerospace/defense/government-contract manufacturing.
• Direct AS9100 certification and surveillance audit experience.
• Experience with multi-site or multi-scope quality management systems.
• Strong CAPA, internal auditing, and management review knowledge under AS9100.
• Effective communicator who can work across organizational boundaries and present to leadership.
• U.S. Person status is required due to access to export-controlled information

Responsibilities

• Own the Maritime Division's AS9100 QMS, including documentation, internal audits, CAPA tracking, and management reviews.
• Design and implement a multi-site QMS architecture across facilities and product lines.
• Coordinate third-party audits, customer reviews, and regulatory inspections; drive timely closure of findings.
• Harmonize cross-site processes to meet AS9100 while allowing site-specific procedures where needed.
• Continuously assess QMS gaps and risks with new products and sites; develop mitigation plans.
• Lead division-wide CAPA processes; analyze trends and verify corrective actions.
• Develop training to raise quality awareness across all sites and roles.
