Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Marine Assembly team member to build windshields that meet quality specifications in a non-exempt, hourly role based in Payne, OH. You will operate power/air tools, read blueprints, and follow safety procedures to ensure accurate, on-time parts production.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, identifying issues, and adhering to established quality standards while supporting team goals and production schedules.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading and reference marks to maintain accurate parts.
• Ability to use measuring devices (tape measure, calipers) and ensure parts meet specifications.
• Familiarity with part numbers as detailed in blueprints.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Runs power/air tools and drivers for building window systems.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and follows safety standards.
• Identifies mechanical and quality problems and routes them appropriately.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
