Responsibilities

  • Perform welding on inland marine vessels and equipment, including fabrication and repairs.
  • Weld steel barges and ships; stick welding using 6010, 7018, and 7024.
  • Flux core welding in all positions as needed.
  • Safely operate heavy equipment and follow safety policies and procedures.
  • Travel to multiple locations as required.
